Biography of Pam:

Our son was diagnosed at 22 months of age. We began ABA therapy at 2 years of age, and biomedical interventions including a gluten-free and casein-free (GF/CF) diet at that same time. He has also taken supplements and chelated.

After 3 years of strict Lovaas ABA, we transitioned him to NET (Natural Environment Training) ABA and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI).

He is currently about 8 years old, attending a diagnostic first grade in Salt Lake School District by himself, which actually seems to be working better (so far) than the private pre-school and kindergarten we sent him to with aides.

His strengths are his energy, humor, speech, episodic and semantic memory and self-care.

His biggest challenges are his social apathy, and ability to stay on task.
